Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill, only 20 minutes by tube from Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Georgian gem in the heart of Hampstead , renting out one top floor room with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace. This is a historical house with a colourful past, Julian Huxley was the previous owner and had frequent reknown visitors like Bertrand Russel, D.H Lawrence ; just to name a few. The house has still retained most Georgian features like Fireplaces , Cornices, large sash windows and original floorboards. There is a big garden with beautiful established trees and patio.

Live like a Londoner! Experience a part of London, only 20 minutes from tourist areas but where working Londoners come home to. Eat, drink, go to the cinema and even the theatre. All within easy walking or a short bus trip from our space. When you've been with the crowds all day, looking at all the sights - it's great to come back to Archway for peace and relative quiet! We are 8 to 10 minutes walk from the nearest Underground and 3 minutes from the Overground.

Stunning, Dbl En Suite in Grade II Georgian Home

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Lovely room with ensuite near Finsbury Park

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.

Lovely double room near centre with good breakfast

Our guests love the room as it is cosy and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. Gorgeous large sunny, en suite, twin room + b’fast

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC.
