Stylish and Practical, Fast Trains to Central London

Studio 10, fabulous fusion of Victorian splendor and state of the art living. Fully self-contained and spacious studio apartment with no shared spaces. From Nov 1st 2022 featuring air conditioning to maintain the temperature you chose. Fully equipped kitchen with combination oven, spacious power shower and our on site laundry at the rear of the building are other features of note as well as first class transport lings directly into central London. A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. This newly refurbished apartment has been completely remodelled but manages to retain all of its period features and charm. High ceilings and generous Victorian windows combined with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure. As an added feature this apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed, ideal for couples or persons travelling with a child or for friends who just enjoy their own space. As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. As you can see in the photos there is a comfortable sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining. The flat screen TV is 49'' HD 4K and the picture quality is excellent, it's mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods are maybe available so please ask if in doubt. All locks are electronic and will open from the key fob supplied to you so you don't have to carry awkward keys. The manager of the property is located nearby and is always available for advice or information. Nearby Croydon Town Center has an abundance of restaurants, bars, and the new dining and entertainment concept, BOXPARK. The studio is also centrally located in London and a short walking distance from several major public transportation lines. There is a bus route directly outside the property and East Croydon Station is just a 12 minute walk away. It is a major transport hub for trains buses and trams. East Croydon Station is your gateway to London and the South East, use your Oyster or Travel card for convenient, frequent and speedy travel Directly into Central London. London Victoria in 16 mins and London Bridge in 20 mins. Once in Central London you can access all of London's transport network, Underground, trains, trams and buses and see all that the one of the worlds leading cities has to offer. Direct non stop and frequent 24 hour service to London Gatwick Airport normally in just 14 mins makes travelling to the airport a breeze. The excellent tram system serving Croydon can also take you directly to Wimbledon, home of the famous tennis tournament. It takes just 30 minutes and costs around £4 East Croydon station is situated in zone 5 Both Iain and I are very keen travelers and have experienced all sorts of levels of accommodation in other countries, with that in mind our goal here is to try and provide quality, self contained accommodation with a high level of privacy and independence. Dine Al Fresco at a Contemporary Apartment in Balham

The property is light and spacious and the reception looking out into the private garden offers a tranquil feeling. I have created a 'London Theme' throughout the property. A good sized Master Bedroom with large King Size Bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers and en-suite wet room (Shower, Toilet, Sink). Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted television. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet. The open plan kitchen and reception is ideal to both relax and socialise. Modern but homely, large kitchen bar counter with bar stools. A large comfortable sofa and a feature ‘spitfire’ chair. Separate bistro dining table and chairs. A large wall mounted television with sound bar. Full height glass sliding doors open directly out into the fabulous garden. The garden has a bistro table and chairs and a 3 Meter king built in seating bench (with made to measure cushions for comfort). There is also a built in braai / bbq and a decked area. Stunning lighting has also been installed to offer an ambient garden experience. We provide super fast unlimted fibre broadband for your added enjoyment and convenience. My Airbnb is a ‘permanent airbnb’. The property is for the exclusive use of guests. I live just a few minutes away from the property so am generally always available to assist where necessary, answer any questions or recommendations for local bars and restaurants. If you require any printing out of documents or business services, I also have an office close by and pleased to assist. Balham is a wonderful small London suburb with a village feel, with many fabulous independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and pleasant nightlife scene including bars, old-school pubs, and the Banana Cabaret comedy club. There are many parks just a short walk away, including Tooting Bec, Wandsworth and Clapham Commons for green open spaces and picnics. Great rapid transport links into Central London via Tube or Train as Balham Station is just a short 5 min walk away. Just a 5 minute walk from Balham Station which is on the Northern Line Underground and on the National Rail over-ground both offering easy quick access into the City and West End. It’s just 12 minutes on the National Rail From Balham to Victoria and then a short walk to Buckingham Palace. On the tube it’s Just 20 minutes to the South Bank (Waterloo/Embankment) and a couple more minutes to Leicester Square. For the kids wanting the Harry Potter Studio Tour there is a train from Balham once an hour to Watford Junction where you catch the short 10 minute bus ride to the Warner Bros. Studio! Parking is available on the road outside the property and I offer complimentary parking permits on request. WATER I’m often asked about the water. Water from the taps is perfectly safe to drink. USB In every room we have plugs with a USB port for easy charging of devices along with a couple of international plug adapters GENERAL My aim is for all my guests to have a relaxing and wonderful stay at my Airbnb. For your convenience, all cleaning products are provided for you, this includes washing up liquid, cleaning tabs for the dishwasher, washing powder and fabric softener, toilet rolls, shower gel in bathrooms, liquid soaps and hair conditioner. In the unlikely event you run out of these during your stay please do call or message me and I will arrange a quick top up. LINEN We provide quality bed linen and towels for your stay. If you are staying with us for more than 12 days we offer a complimentary linen and towel change and basic clean half way through your stay.

Gorgeous Garden Studio Room in Wimbledon Park

Beautiful detached garden studio building on residential street in Wimbledon Park, SW19. The building has private access through a side gate. There is a Queen size double bed which can also be split into twin beds. Sofa opens into a bunk bed suitable for 2 children. Modern shower room. Spacious living area with TV, desk/dining table. Earlsfield Overground train station 8 minutes walk, with trains to London Waterloo in 11 minutes. Wimbledon Park Underground on the District Line 10 minutes walk.

Parks, Richmond, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, nearby. The flat has a brand new kitchenette, bathroom and oak floor. New heating has been installed and a hotel style bed and linen will mean that you'll be super comfortable. It’s part of our house but has its own keypad operated door.

This beautiful contemporary studio flat is just 1 minute walk from Battersea Park and a short walk from the Thames. There is a separate mezzanine area with a double bed with a skylight window for nocturnal sky gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.
