Stylish apartment in a fine lake frame

Indulge in the finest in this refined and thoughtful apartment, where the modern contrast of grey, black and white meets the warm tones of wooden parquet, for an experience that delights the eye and beyond. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-family house. It has a balcony of about 6 square meters and a room with a wash cabinet. The interior of the apartment consists of: -Kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, induction hob, a hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine , dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, various cooking utensils. -A living area, always in the same room of the kitchen, there is a sofa and a Led TV (via Satellite). Netflix -A bedroom, with a double bed and bedside tables, an armchair and a spacious wardrobe. -Bathroom, modern, with bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and finally a spacious shower with thermostatic mixer and light for chromotherapy. Guests can access any part of the apartment. I will be available to welcome them and help them in case of problems or needs. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Cannero Riviera and explore the area on foot: you'll find everything you need, such as bars, restaurants and shops, and as if by magic you'll find yourself walking along the shores of the lake. By car you could reach various tourist locations (Intra, Cannobbio, Stresa, Baveno, Verbania). The municipality of Cannero Riviera also provides that a tourist tax is paid for the cost of 0.60€ per person, per night, to be paid in cash at the arrival

Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. Spacious and luminous apartment in a historical family building. Very well equipped and with care for the detail, the place is furnished in a simple but well-maintained manner. There are 2 balconies and a private covered garage, with direct access to the apartment, exclusively used by our guests. Dumenza is a quiet and authentic village in a strategic position to reach easily by car the tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, Como and Lugano, but offers also a lot of privacy.
