The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Having such stunning views means that you can enjoy staying in the flat at any time of the year. On & off-season Looe has plenty to offer. The flat is perfect for a couple. This detached stylish modern apartment is single story. A perfect base for a couple with a child or two. There is an open plan living room, with a well equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable sofas, (one being a sofa bed) dining area and lovely views of the beach and sea. There's a Smart TV, and an Xbox. The main double bedroom has ample clothes storage and an en-suite shower and toilet. It's a short scenic walk to the shops/beach and the little ferry to take you to East Looe town.

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, rather like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door & sea views from the bedroom & sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close to the house.
