In a quiet residential street you will find a beautiful spacious studio on 2 levels with small kitchen, bathroom with shower, WiFi, desk/LAN, sitting area; 2 single beds (possibly also a sofa bed in the living/dining room.) We take care of breakfast, you take care of the preparation. No tv in the studio. In two minutes walking to the bus stop and from there directly to the city center (about 14 minutes), faster you cango by bike, which we will be happy to lend you. On foot approx. 25 minutes.

From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

High-speed network with 500 Mbps, Amazon Prime, Youtube premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free wash and dry), Very pleasant comfort shower, south-facing balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking options are easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes walk to the train line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden neighborhood (5 min train). Nice environment with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier, die ihr mit mir und meiner Hündin teilen dürft. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni ,Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town

It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature.
