The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites you to enjoy 26 degrees of water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-crowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature (approx. 800m).

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen, and a large living room with a sofa bed and a sunny balcony. The house is located in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to stay so centrally, sometimes you have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in high season. Restaurants, cafes, and numerous shopping opportunities within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
