The summer house is only about 10 min on our property in a quiet residential area. Walking distance from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-4 persons. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.

Cottage 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat & sauna

My place is close to the Greifswald. 220 m² cottage right on the water. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom can be reached in 20 minutes by car with its wide sandy beaches. The tenants have a rowing boat on site and from February 2018 a sauna in the sauna house. You'll love my place because of pure nature and pure peace, no traffic, the waterfront location unique. Our house is good for family and groups.

We rent our newly built, modern Reethaus. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Strom. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. Attention: The photos of our listing are used by scammers who have created a fake listing on eBay classifieds. The police are informed, we only rent via Airbnb.
