Apartment in house with private entrance, patio & parking. Fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, toilet, large laundry room with shower & bunk bed, living room with smart TV. Close to green area, playground and exercise track with outdoor gym. 200 meters to bathing jetty. Beautiful walk along the water 1.5 km into the city center. The villa area is close to a golf course and grocery store (Coop). In winter, there are cross-country ski tracks and plowed ice rink with free kick lending and long-distance skating rentals nearby.

The apartment is located directly adjacent to the golf course & close to nice natural areas. There is a possibility to stay up to 5 people then in a 120 cm bed, a sofa bed of 140 cm & an extra mattress on the floor. Private toilet/shower. Cozy apartment in the middle of the city center

More central than this, it doesn't get: 20 steps outside the gate you're standing on the pedestrian street! In winter, the ice rink is just around the corner, and in summer there are outdoor seating & beach just a minute away. Quiet and quiet as it is on the 4th floor (elevator is available). Sleeps: Bedroom bed 140 cm, but plenty of space for extra bed. The living room is VERY large, quietly sleeps 2 extra sleeping places in hearty "tent beds" or mattresses (arranged on request for more than just the beds in the bedroom).

Accomodation on the countryside close to foodstore

On Brändön a small village North of Luleå you find this accommodation. Here you live close to nature, beaches and trails perfekt for running or walking. At the boat harbor the walkingtrail called Kuststigen begins. It's a forest path that runs along our beautiful coastal strip. There is a shorter and a longer walk. If you want, you can take a walk from the village center up to the top of Flakaberget and enjoy the view. Luleå city center is 23km away and to Storheden's shopping area is 27km.

Genuine rural setting, with Carl Larsson style of the property( he was a style icon 100 years ago) cozy bunk bed with stairs at the foot end. Small front room to the bedroom with table, chairs and there is a newly built shower and a toilet. Hot plate, fridge, microwave and water-boiler. Note: No smoking is allowed inside, nor is it allowed to bring pets of any kind. You can charge your electric car, then it costs SEK 100/day extra fee.
