En liten mysig stuga med skogen nära.

A cozy little cottage with both nature and Ljungskile close by. The cottage is connected to our residential house, in a smaller residential area, but despite that, it has an undisturbed location with its own patios and the forest right next door. Towels, bed linens and cleaning are included. Likewise coffee, tea, self-made granola and homemade sourdough bread. In Ljungskile, both the sea and mountains are close, here there are several nice swimming and good restaurants! The cottage is located about 3 km from the city center/sea/lakes and in Ljungskile there is wonderful nature to enjoy

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.

We hire out our annex near the sea and swimming area! Patio with barbecue with sun all day. One bedroom, one sofa bed and a loft with 4 beds. 5 min to the beach and 10 min to two really good restaurants. Close to Gothenburg and Smögen. Rented out weekly Saturday to Saturday. take you back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. For bed linen and towels and cleaning there is an extra fee!
