The apartment is on the first floor of a strong traditional house (wall 33, cool in summer, warm in winter), roadside. Recently refurbished in a personalized setting. It's an exceptional house. Due to its size, its volumes, its breathtaking view of the Sugarloaf from the bedrooms, terraces and its services: fitness area, yoga/meditation room, Berkey water purifier that ensures you better water than mineral waters, generator for power outages and water reserve of 2000 liters available during water outages, a housekeeper who provides cleaning every day as well as a day caretaker and two at night.
