A stone's throw from Via XX Settembre: the route of the walk between the shops and the restaurants that animate hundreds of narrow and fragrant alleys around them day and night. We are in Cala Gavetta, the port area, a stone's throw from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and open kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace with sea view terrace.

Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, covered private parking. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance from access to the living/open kitchen area with sofa bed. Room with terrace equipped with double bed and vanishing bunk bed.
