Ideally located this one bedroom apartment,is in the tourist area of Funchal.A very busy area too! This apartment is fully equipped with all you need to spend a nice holiday in Madeira for a great price! It has also a private parking place. WARNING Since October 1st, a tourist tax of €2/day/person must be charged for a maximum of seven days . The corresponding amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. This amount will then be transferred to the Funchal City Council by the host.

THERE IS A LATE CHECK IN FEE OF 30 EUROS FOR CHECK-INS BETWEEN (22:00h-24:00h) and 40 EUROS FOR CHECK IN BETWEEN (24:00H -07:00H) AEROBUSS STOP NUMBER 21. DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS TURISTS MUST PAY 2 EUROS PER DAY FOR THE FIRST 7DAYS OF THEIR STAYS. This amazing 3 bedroom apartment is right by the sea and has breathtaking views. It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.
