Peaceful house with a private swimming pool. The compound is located on a cornerplot with high integrity. You can relax in the garden and cool down in the swimming pool if the sun gets to hot. You have walking distance to a peaceful beach and it is close to the coastal highway where it`s easy to find local transportation. There is also 4 bikes to use if you want to to explore the surroundings. Airport transfer can be arranged. The house will be cleaned twice a week.

Supply of electricity and water is temperamental and not constant in Gambia. -House has solar energy and water tank fitted so there is constant electricity and water. -House has air con and also has ceiling and free standing tall fans. -House is completely safe with security/caretaker on site. -House is 10 mins walk from the Beach -House has 3 upstairs balconies for own private space, and downstairs front terrace to relax.

Shells Villa is a six minutes walking distance to the beautiful Bijilo beach. The villa comes with a beautifully landscaped garden and a 5 x 10m swimming pool. No diving and no lifeguard and so renters must supervise any non-swimmers and young children. Electricity is paid by meter by the guests.
