House is a short walk to Park with Kids Bike Area, Fields, Playground, BBQ, run/walk trails. Also Bidwell Park with hiking and running, creeks, golf, a 24 hr Safeway & Restaurants. Chico State & Downtown a short 10 min drive, Lake Almanor and Lassen National Park a 90 min drive. You’ll love my place because of the Location, very clean & well equipped, the views, quiet, yard w Patio, Lawn, Gas BBQ, Pool & Hot Tub (no extra fee). Great for singles, couples, or families with 2 or less kids.

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway which takes you directly into Chico. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The cottage is a private cottage located behind my house. It can accommodate 2-3 people (there is a $25/night charge for a third person). There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a couch in the living room, plus a blow-up mattress. We are located 1-mile from town and a 10 min. walk to Chico State.
