The apartment is located in the President Building. It is an apartment overlooking the sea and beach, very bright, modern and fully equipped with furniture and new beds. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is air-conditioned and has a swimming pool. In the lowlands it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Better is a quiet, family-friendly area. One of the best beaches on the island.
