In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

A charming new house in Valletta

A brand new house having an open plan layout. It is ground floor thus there are no steps. The house has an open plan bedroom/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two people can sleep in the double bed however there are also two recliners. It is situated 5 mins walk from the seaside, 1 min walk from the Lower Barrakka Gardens and 5 mins walk from the City Center. Public transport is within a 3 minute walk. It is in an ideal spot to discover the city and its surroundings.

Cute, old home with lots of character in the historical town of Cospicua (aka Bormla) one of the beautiful Three Cities just a 5 minute ferry ride from Valletta. Enjoy the beauty and charm of the authentic side of Malta, surrounded by hundreds of years of history. Our house has been inspected and is legally registered and with the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0761). We collect 50c a day Tourism Tax which we pay to the government on your behalf.
