House is the original on the street, dated 1904. The house was completely refreshed and rebuilt adding an additional 2200 sq feet for a total of 3500 sq feet. 6 beds and 4 1/2 bath. The house is a relaxing Oasis in the city. The backyard has a gas Fireplace, cedar pergola and pool house with changing room. There is a natural gas grill and heated shower. The pool and hotub with another large firepit feature with seating. You really must see to appreciate this 5 star private backyard.

Welcome to "Hickory Dickory Doc's" cabin. Doctor Charles Curtis, aka "Doc", was a family physician in Bellville, OH, for nearly half a century. The cabin, surrounded by beautiful hickory trees, overlooks the scenic Clear Fork river and is uniquely decorated. It sleeps 13, has two spiral staircases, a gas fireplace, a 7 person hot tub, beautiful deck, an outdoor fire pit and much more. It's truly a magical place. My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
