Quiet and nature, guaranteed change of scenery! Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from the Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of the mountain, in a green setting and close to the hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. Non-treatment or pesticide environment. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. Pets not allowed. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Ideally located, between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is at the entrance to the Bauges Natural Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountain and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming...
