This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. The tower is good isolated. The tower is near to woods, the IJssellake and not far from Amsterdam. The tower is situated on a quiet spot. Lelystad has a few good restaurants, musea and 'Bataviastad', an outlet shopping center. It is nice to have your own car or bike, because public transport is not nearby. The tower has a beautiful view on a pond and trees. It is suitable for singles, couples or a small family.
