Situated at the top of a huge escarpment, the medieval village of Marvão offers those who visit a stunning landscape. Entering the village through Portas de Ródão and looking in front of the right, the visitor comes across Casa da Silveirinha. Framed, in front of the slopes that lead to the Castle and, on the other, by the immensity of the surrounding landscape, the House provides those who rest in it with the feeling of going back in time and becoming the guardian of the entrance to the village.

Tapada da Raia has 35 acres of land, in the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede (being the last Portuguese house, because it is bordered to Spain). For years it served as an anti-stress refuge for the family, who today decided to open the doors for those who want to spend relaxing days in the nature. The rustic-style house features the necessary amenities for an invigorating holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where even time seems to take longer to pass. Hope you like it!
