Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

There is no place like GNOME! Camping on a farm!

Camp on a working horse farm! Horses are welcome too! We are near Ocean City, MD, Assateague beaches, Chincoteague beaches, Salisbury University, University of MD Eastern Shore, Snow Hill, MD and lots of other great attractions. The camper is in the middle of a working horse farm with views of the horse pastures, petting zoo play area, and western riding arena. Lots of space to bring extra tents as well for more guest. Lots of things to see and do on and off the farm!!!

RV Cinderella Suite, on over 2000 ft. of shoreline

Kick up your feet, relax by the water and soak in the sounds of nature! The views of the Wye River from the dock and our man-made beach are absolutely beautiful and peaceful! During the summer months, one tandem kayak is available for guest use, for an additional fee. A waiver is also required. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own. The RV is located in a rural area without WiFi, so hotspot is highly recommended [a mobile phone should work].
