Take it easy at this very private and tranquil getaway. Two bedrooms with large bonus room comfortably sleeps six. Spacious yard and beach area to relax and unwind. Great lake for fishing or swimming off our water trampoline! Spend your evenings around the fire pit (BYO firewood) enjoying time with friends and family. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles. Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

Enjoy our newly remodeled modern cottage with access to a private beach on Hamlin Lake. We are located 3 miles from the State Park and 5 miles from downtown Ludington. Grandmas Cottage has WiFi, air condition, full kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom. We have a small marina where dockage is available for additional fees(limited availability). There is also boat launch directly across the street(among others nearby) plenty of room for fishing off the docks.
