Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out to the terrace and see the blue of the waters yourself. On the first floor there is a living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor below, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple without or with children who, thanks to the double services and the double sofa bed of the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short ramp of about ten steps. I live within walking distance of Alice's House and am available for any inquiries or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then enjoy the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in half of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km. and is connected to these two locations by public transport that transit every halfhour or so. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway toll booths are just a short distance away on the A12 motorway, you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. In the village, an autosilo was recently built with about 100 parking spaces for a fee (nightly rate €10.00). At the usual price, a private garage is available adjacent to Alice's House. The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!
