There is a private bath as well as a sitting room and screen porch for the exclusive use of the guest. The house is within walking distance to a private ocean beach and within a mile of the Shinning Sea Bike Path (bike rentals are available nearby). Numerous restaurants serving traditional Cape fare are within a two mile radius, with many more in nearby Falmouth and Woods Hole. Breakfast is provided.

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Bringing in ready made foods is fine.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. Access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.
