Located in via Fiorentini, the main street of the Sasso Barisano, it is ideal for enjoying the Sassi of Matera to the fullest. Strategic and easily accessible location. Upstairs is the bedroom with its own bathroom. On the ground floor the master bathroom, the kitchen and a splendid living area, connected to the wellness area on the lower floor.

Una camera matrimoniale/quadrupla con balcone comune e una camera doppia (ma un bagno), rendono la casa ideale per il soggiorno di una famiglia numerosa. Potrai cucinare un pasto o girare per i ristoranti vicini. Non c'è ascensore. Ad ogni cambio di ospite si provvederà alla pulizia. Parcheggio a pagamento o gratis in strada non prenotabile. Gli spazi comuni con altre persone sono solo la terrazza (condivisa con la Suite A) e il balcone.
