A Tranquil Space is conveniently located close to Downtown Greenville. The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

This property has it all if you want to enjoy some quiet time with your special person. Electric fireplace, large bedroom with comfortable king size bed. The kitchen gives you everything you need to whip up a special dinner. Outdoor dining space with lights strung from a covered deck. The last photo of my mom and dad with my youngest daughter when she became a Marine is a hat tip to our family history of service to this wonderful experiment of democracy in its truest form. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care!

Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
