8th floor spacious 2 bedroom unit - one of the few with wrap around balcony/ocean view from anywhere in condo (except bathrooms!) Sólo aceptamos familias o personas mayores de 30 años (no permitidas las fiestas). Location, location, location! Just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Mazatlan, and the great restaurants and bars in Sabalo Country. We only accept families and persons over 30 years of age, this is a quiet building and no parties are allowed.

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

Relax with the whole family at this place where tranquility is breathable. Enjoy its huge private pool on the patio of the house, swimming pool in common area and games for your family, just 10 minutes from the beach, has a full bathroom on the first floor and also has a double sofa bed on the first floor in such a way that if you are traveling with someone older or with some physical disability this is your best option.

The location of the apartment is excellent, walking you can go to the Machado, Downtown, Cathedral,Cerro de la Neveria,OlasAltas,Paseo delCentenario,Clavadista and the Lighthouse;the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking on the sand. You can rent bicycles and walk the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire boardwalk.
