Lockoff basement with private entrance in a log home.Two sliding doors overlooking the Eagle River.My husband and I live in the upper part of the home. The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Our mountain condo is close to many outdoor adventures, including skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hiking and kayaking. The front door is 12-14 minutes from the lifts and 11 minutes from downtown, but is far enough away to leave the hustle and bustle behind at the end of the day. You’ll love it because of the incredible views, the cabin-like setting with condo amenities, and the perfect secluded location. You can enjoy the sun and the mountains during the day, and see the milky way at night!

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

Private home, with upstairs dining/kitchen/living & deck on eastern side to provide for cool evenings and warm mornings. Modern decor, all new appliances. Distance to Edward is 12 miles, we are 3 miles off of I-70 in between Edwards and Eagle in Wolcott. A short drive to all summer activities. Winter skiing is 15 minutes to Beaver Creek and 20 to Vail. Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.

The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
