Adorable Farmhouse unit. Best Value in Mammoth!!

Very unique, cool, shabby chic farmhouse style condo. Pristine and recently remodeled throughout. Located on the main floor across from the pool (closes in fall) & hot tub and direct parking for 1 car only in front. It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. There is 1 queen bed and a queen size pull out for up to 4 guests. The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

This newly remodeled Viewpoint condo is just a short walk to the Village restaurants and Gondola and has all of the amenities of home. Comfortably sleeps up to 5 people with a King size bed in the master and a bunk room with both a full size bed and and a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a delicious stay in meal. The complex features a rec area with pool/hot tub, rec room and sports courts just steps from the unit. This centrally located 1BD/1BA condo sleeps four and features a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, leather couch & recliner, well-stocked kitchen, and pellet stove. This downstairs unit has insulated ceilings that reduce upstairs noise for a quiet stay. The complex features a pool, spa, and sauna. There is a washer & dryer inside the unit. The free shuttle is right down the street, making for an easy trip to the mountain. There are two parking passes, and plentiful parking dedicated to the complex.

The View of Views, On the Mountain with Ski Trails

You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!! The 14% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host!

Privately owned and managed condo that also serves as our vacation home. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, cozy space at a reasonable price. The condo faces southeast and is nestled amongst tall pines so you have the best of both worlds. Sun in the morning to warm the condo and help you to rise and shade as the sun sets on warm summer nights. The view of the crest from the front entry porch invites you to go exploring. You also have a small view of the Sherwin's and all they offer.
