Tucked in a sunny,encircled by Redwoods, clearing,our 2 acre place is a 5 minute walk to town,15 minute walk to ocean.This Studio has a private deck and is not in the 1.75 acres of seperate, gated common grounds. Human guests are welcome in the common grounds but guest dogs are not. There are friendly pets:2 cats,3 dogs living onsite within the common grounds. We are a grouping of private dwellings with private entrances.We are in a sequestered, quiet neighborhood of conscientious people.
