This beautiful yurt provides comfort & simplicity in a stunning rural location on a family small-holding, within short distance from Glastonbury, Wells & Bruton. It is the perfect sanctuary to reconnect with Nature, enjoy the views, outdoor fire pit, and surrounding elements. It has a large skylight & windows to allow lots of natural light in, and is incredibly spacious inside. There is a wood burner & thick felt lining throughout, making it warm on cooler evenings. Come and stay at Glastonbury Valley on our family run organic farm located in Pilton, Somerset. Glastonbury Valley overlooks a secluded, wooded valley close to Glastonbury and Wells. The farm has been featured on TV’s Countryfile and Escape to the Country for its produce and beauty. We provide luxury accommodation for up to 20 people in five traditional 5m bell tents which can sleep up to 4 people, with two single beds which can be zipped together to make a double and two single fold out beds.

With antique bohemian furnishings, this romantic accommodation is in a secluded spot with a sun deck and stunning views of the lake. It has a small kitchen, and a cedar clad internal bathroom including a flushing toilet and a roll top bath. As of September 2024 there is a private wood-fired hot tub outside on the new lower decking, available for an additional cost of £70 per session.

The Yurt is located in our secluded side garden with vast and amazing views of the Longleat Estate. We are so close to the Safari Park, sometimes, you can hear the Longleat Lions roaring from the garden! A perfect escape / retreat for a few nights. There is a wood burner in the yurt, so you will be super warm inside, in fact, once the fire gets going it is warmer than our house!
