The rental space is the lower unit in a two story house. The studio is all on one level and does not require stairs to enter. The ocean can be seen and heard all day, and there is a private trail which leads to the beach in less than 5 minutes. You have a half bath & kitchenette, the main kitchen & shower are shared. No pets please. Our place is quiet, full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A perfect retreat to unplug and relax in a rural setting. A private 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is just down the road.

The guest suite is downstairs-separate from upstairs w/a nice garden outside. You walk down a gravel & brick path. The entrance is at ground level. It is a large studio w/old growth beams & full length windows, kitchen area, bathroom w/ a jacuzzi tub. It has one Paul Bunyan King size bed w/ two steps to get onto w/no railings. There’s room to roam. The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows & will respect your privacy. There’s a garden to graze in season too!
