Walking distance to restaurants & shops. Renovated in 2021. Well thought-out in design. Unit includes kitchenette/office, seating area. TV, streaming services, white noise machine, Keurig coffee maker + electric kettle. Infants allowed-space is NOT child-proofed & has steps. NO infants that can crawl or move on their own. NO pets.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.
