at the secret corner of the city of water

located in a tipical north italian old buiding, it looks actually cozy and modern inside. it's a brand new loft which has been designed for making us feeling good. in the lobby there are 2 glass door for the sunlight. a washmachine and a microwave. in the kitchen we have all that a couple may need. the tv's are 2 one satellite in the living room and one smart in the bedroom. our life is made of music, that's why we have 2 hifi systems one in the living room and another one bose in the bedroom. just let us know you love it too, so we may show you how to enjoy it. wifi connection is the fibre channel 300 megabit. upstairs we have a mini walk-in closet that you may use for luggages as well as your own clothes according to italian soul we believe in hospitality and we feel being empatethic, so the interaction with guests may be a lovely surprise... just whether our guests don't mind. we love our corner of milano because it's unique. it's not venice, it's not amsterdam, but it's however fashinating because of the pedestrien ciclying lane which goes on through the lovely old bridges, the people running and ciclying along the leonardo's naviglio the apartment is located in a 200 years old cinematic building, a few steps from metro 1 (turro) which is along viale monza where you can find supermarket 24/7, restaurants, bars, bakery and whatever service no gas, no fire in the kitchen as well as in the rest of the house. for our safe we prefer to use induction hob which we may show you how to use by a simple illustration as per all the airbnb apartments and hotels inside the city of milano it's required to pay an official city tax which consists on €3 per night per person.

Elegant and bright apartment of 861.112 square feet on the forth floor with elevator in an elegant area and centrally located halfway between Piazza Duomo and the Central Station both are easily reachable on foot with a walk of 20 minutes, to two steps from the Gardens of Palestro (or Indro Montanelli) the main green oasis in the city center with secular magnolias trees, the renovated Museum of Natural History, the Planetarium and a large area for jogging and leisure, between the famous fashion quadrilateral with the renowned Via Montenapoleone and the Commercial Center Giorgio Armani, and Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most important streets in the world for shopping. The apartment is composed of a spacious and bright living room equipped with door window overlooking a wooded balcony, two sofas, one of which is a transformable in French bed, extendable table, large library, flat screen TV with DVD player. The hall of mirrors leads in an equally wide and luminous room with double bed, large closet, dresser and a second balcony. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine, hairdryer Kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware, dishes and pots. Dishwasher, TV, cleaning products. Wide equipped with bed linen and towels. Ironing set, drying rack for laundry. Internet WI-FI. At arrival, every guests is provided with a first simple meal. Housekeeping service twice a week included in the cost. Supermarkets shops, coffeeshop and underside restaurants. The underside red line 1 stop Porta Venezia (3 stops to the Duomo) to a hundred feet. underside tram No. 23 (terminus Duomo and Lambrate Station) and 9 (Central Station and Navigli).

Naviglio Grande Views from a Chic Studio

Retreat to a tranquil living space in the heart of Italy’s fashion capital after exploring the sights. A rustic wood beam ceiling and stunning exposed brick arches add a timeless touch of warmth and solidity to this newly renovated studio flat. The flat is a big wide space of 32 square meters with a double bed and a sofa bed that turns into a second double bed. It had en-suite bathroom with shower. We are renovating it right now. Breakfast can be at the apartment or complimentary at Mag Cafe, a few steps away on the canal. Thanks to this space, very central and in a strategic position, you will not have to give up anything. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room / work area, a complete bathroom with a large shower, a delightful terrace: an absolute peculiarity. A few steps from the Central Station, it is served by the Red Metro, trams and buses, but also a fifteen-minute walk from the Duomo. Cozy and quiet apartment in central cool area

Welcome in Milan, this is my home during working days (I rent it when I'm away) and, as you will notice, there are some traces of my presence. When you will arrive, you will find a “breakfast coupon” for one day for all of you in the bar at the corner, just downstairs the house. I hope you will appreciate the house and the quarter and you will like Milan for sure. Walking for some minutes, you will be able to find a lot of restaurants, shops, bus, tram, metro and all Milan can offer to you!
