Going the other way, a 10-minute walk into town will take you past picturesque churches and piazzas to reach the "Teatro Massimo", Europe's 2nd largest theatre. Recently refurbished to high specs in a modern design, the apartment is complete with brand new furnishings including digital air conditioning, full HD TV, bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, a safe and much more. Split into three levels, the apartment sits on the second and top floors of a landmark building that itself has been recently refurbished, maintaining the original style and atrium entrance of buildings typical of Old Palermo Town. The first floor landing has a stylish area with plenty of storage for suitcases, prams, etc. Up the stairs on the first floor are the bedroom and en-suite bathroom with rain-shower, and the adjacent living area with a sofa bed and a balcony ensuring plenty of natural light in the room. On the top floor is the kitchen and dining area, and a spacious sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the town, mountains and sea. This apartment is close to the beautiful sights of the old port of Cala with its sailboats and the Castello a Mare fortress. Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Located in between the city centre and the historic old town, the property is ideally located for exploring all of Palermo's fascinating history.
