Entire studio rental. It is recommended for single use or for two people, but an extra bed (extra bed) can be used for up to 3 people (* Consultation required separately). The house is on the ground floor of a two-story building.The entrance is separate. On the second floor, "Royal Hawaiian cafe the pink" is opened on May 13, 2024 (managed by the separate owner). As soon as you leave the room and ascend the embankment, you can enjoy Lake Biwa in front of you, and the mountains of Hiei and Hira on the other side, the sunrise and sunset in the lake, and the magical scenery that moves with time and seasons. The beach is an area for locals to walk and swim, making it a great beach for lazy dusk and dusk. From the lobby lounge, you can relax with a view of the spacious garden, Lake Biwa, and the majestic mountain range. There is good wifi in the facility, so workouts are also possible. There are two dining kitchens with everything you need, and there are pharmacies, supermarkets, and convenience stores around the facility, so you can have groceries and daily necessities.
