Air-conditioned dining room and large TV with access to the patio of about 20 square meters with table and chairs. Full equipped kitchen with dish washer and electric coffee maker. One bathroom with large bathtub and dryer. Three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan, one with two single beds and a ceiling fan and one with a single bed. Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Fully restored and equipped house in the historic core. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it preserves the typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of a ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and small inner courtyard give light and life to the house. On the first level, we found a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up to the roof we find the laundry area.

The house is located in front of the sea & at the flank of Cala en Blanes, were there is several places to jump into the sea or enjoy a bath in the open sea using the stairs available in several locations at the flank of the Cala. Or simply enjoy a long relaxing swim in the private house pool. The stunning cliffs of the area surrounds the house making it a amazing location to enjoy the view sea and the quietness of the area.
