Idyllic Appenzell Vacation Home with Garden

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Sustainable living on the 1st floor, free parking!

In our detached house we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st sock, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our home with earth heat and we generate the electricity with our PV system. Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the ground floor with separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom can be reached at a distance of 1 ½ meters over the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, in French and in Spanish. In Italian, I can somehow communicate.
