Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
