This walkout guest studio w/a private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fully remodeled. Ample parking for boat trailers and cars. Water views out of every window. Attached garage makes loading/unloading a breeze. Almost half acre of space so your privacy is secure. Municipal water. Boat ramp is super close. Star Wars themed bunkhouse. Three coin op style multi game arcade machines. All free play of course. Show those kids how we gamed back in the 80’s.

The two bedroom and one bedroom recently had the driveways merged into 1 large lot to accommodate utility workers and boaters!
