“Casa Nicola” (Aut.Comunale 2016) is located in the central area and in the immediate vicinity of the Vatican. It has, at less than 30 meters, the Cyprus Metro station, with which you can quickly reach a large part of the city. It consists of entrance hall, large bedroom with double bed (divisible) with memory mattress, living/dining room with sofa bed, comfortable kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is fully furnished and equipped for the living room, with the relative equipment of the various rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bed). It has, for any room, a terrace or balcony. The apartment, about 60 square meters, was renovated in 2015 (double-glazed windows with thermal/acoustic insulation, electrical system in compliance, armoured door, etc.). It is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) and has an exceptional view of the city as well as the nearby Vatican and is very bright. The apartment is equipped with: wi-fi internet, tv/radio, dvd, air conditioning, central and autonomous heating (with heat pump), washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, mw oven, video intercom, etc. There is a disabled access elevator at the entrance.
