Beautiful, centrally located home in Otis with seasonal water views of the reservoir! Just a few minutes drive from Otis ridge ski resort and the local lakeside beach for seasonal activities. This home is located next door to the only eat in Restaurant/Bar in town and even has a private trail that leads to this restaurant, Katies country store and boat Launch on the Otis reservoir! That same trail is also ride on snowmobile access for snowmobilers and enduro riders/mountain bikers and hikers.

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, then this is the place for you! Our cozy house in the Berkshires is ready to invite you to surround yourself with nature and see its beauty. Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but has enough room to sleep up to 6 guests. There is also a living room, stocked kitchen and a room with a sleep sofa.
