"Ødegårdsstuo" - charming house at the lake at Øksendalsøra. Immediate proximity for nice mountain hikes, both for walking and with skiing on your legs. The house is 10 minutes away from Sunndalsøra. The house has a bedroom on the first floor with double bed. The entire 2nd floor has an open solution with several beds (see picture). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower on the 1st floor. Kitchen, living room, TV, dining table, oven, heat pump + basement with living room (long table), toilet and washing machine (private entrance) (can be used by appointment). Parking space.

With only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross country skiing during the winter months and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is close by. The villa has a large sunny terrace with partial roof top. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 12 persons, sofa group, WiFi, TV, bathroom with shower, laundry room with extra toilet and sink. Welcome to our new holiday house. This is the only house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.
