Great beaches, natural areas,mountains and sea, recommend walking tours, bike/kayak. Good fishing conditions. The rental is suitable for one/two couples, if you are traveling alone, friends, business travelers and families. No smoking, animals and partying. Fibre internet. The trees are described as Helgelandsøyperle 33 nautical miles at sea. About 450 people live here all year round. The house you can rent is a cozy private house from 1910, with hallway,living room,kitchen,laundry room,bathroom,two bedrooms in the attic and a bedroom in the annex in the garden. You will have the entire house at your disposal. Most of the necessary amenities are available on the main island Husøy. Fast boat and ferry to dock daily. The house is not rented during Trænafestivalen as I use it myself😊

Big house on the Helgeland coast

Welcome to Gården, a large and charming house with plenty of space for many guests. The house has been renovated and refurbished in recent years and is both cozy and comfortable. The property is a short walk from the sea in a rural and idyllic setting on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. A good starting point for experiencing the beautiful Helgeland coast with fantastic trips on mountains such as the Seven Sisters or Dønnamannen, island hopping by bike or trips in the beautiful archipelago by boat or kayak.

The space is independent from the main house, there is parking space and the hall entrance has a lot of space for luggage, bikes etc.

Cabin at the sea. Approved for tourist fishing

This amazing cabin is so close to the sea that you actually can fish from the balcony around the house in the midnight sun. You can listen to the relaxing sound of the sea from your bedroom window. You will have a fantastic view to the mountain Seven sisters, and also to Donnamannen in the north. The place is approved as tourist fishing according to the Norwegian rules for foreigners fishing in Norway. It can also be arranged to rent a boat.

Stor enebolig i rolige omgivelser uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Perfekt som base hvis du vil oppleve Sør-Helgeland. Nærhet til både fjell og fjord. Gåavstand til restaurant/kafé. Gåavstand til badeplass. Fine forhold for kajakk rett i nærheten. Ca 10 km til Torghatten. Stor kjellerstue med biljard. Eget treningsrom med vekter, romaskin og tredemølle. 6 km til sentrum. Kanskje ikke egnet for personer som er allergisk mot hunder.

Charming rorbu by the sea. Two bedrooms, as well as living room with possibility of sleeping. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and equipped for 5-7 people. Bathroom with shower, heating cables. Nice tour areas and great fishing opportunities. Shop with card/fuel 500m. Dining areas in the immediate area. Popular mountain hikes,Dønnamannen. Good recreation opportunities. Spectacular oceanview

Cabin completed in June 2015 with a large veranda and a fantastic view. The cabin has a high standard both indoors and outdoors with outdoor furniture from 2022, new cooking top/stove from 2023 and flat screen TV. Internet: Fiber. Partys not permitted. The cabin is build by my dad and my housband and is used frequently by ourselves. We love this place and hope you'll do too.

Clean and quiet rooms

Our rooms have a great view - close to E6, hiking areas, grocery stores and 2,5 km to the railway station. "Sjøgata" in the center of centre of Mosjøen is worth seeing! You will love my place because of clean and comfy beds - nice people - quiet surroundings and easy acess.
