New apartments in a new house in the residential complex "Riviera", with a view of the Southern Bug River. In an ecologically clean area of the city. To the center 10 min. Supermarket Tavria V, public transport and taxi stop, shops, pharmacy just 1-3 minutes walk. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, rain shower. This is a really well-equipped and secure apartment. We can also organize a transfer / meeting at the airport and railway station for a fee. Enjoy the comfort!)

The apartment with 2 separate bedrooms(on windows of a roll) and the big balcony,in the very center of Nikolaev,design repair of 2020,is on Sobornaya St. opposite Chestnut Square. There is an Internet (WI-FI), the washing machine,the turbocharged gas column, in the bathroom the electric warm floor, a microwave,IPTV,3 TVs,3 air conditioners,and also everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. Nearby supermarket, nightclub, cinema, McDonald's, cafes, bars.

The studio is a renovated vintage building, with an internal half-story period very well located at the center of the city. There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops nearby, as well as a private brewery.
