"Alegria" in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, adjacent to a coihues forest, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, comfortable counter bar, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony on the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a practicuna. For the months of January and February we would appreciate trying minimum stays of 7 days. Our 2 hectares plot is located in the heart of the great landscapes and natural beauties of the area, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5Km that separate us from the route and public transport of passengers. If we coordinate with pleasure we take you or look for you. ALEGRÍA has a sunny garden terrace with beautiful lake views, equipped with an American type grill, table and outdoor chairs. In JOY we have space to add a Practicuna. Just let us know when you book At the entrance of this peninsula we have a small shopping center with cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowing boats and kayaks, or the Campanario hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters away from JOY is the beautiful and very wide beach of the poplars, ideal for boys along its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without seeking greater excursions or looking to do them with bus and trekking, we gladly look for them and take them to their terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao circulates the bus line 20 with permanent service, the entrance of this peninsula has a stop on Km 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We have found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we have found that those who arrive in love fall in love even more, we have discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but tend to leave even happier.

The most Beautiful Lake Loft in Bariloche!

Beautiful front lake loft very modern and with lake access. It also has Incredible views from everywhere, specially the room! Just one step and you will get into the beach and the Nahuel Huapi! You will love it! You can try our Indoor Parrilla (Argentinian Barbecue) and learn to make an authentic Asado! Relax with Apple TV, or enjoy the 2 Kayak !! We also have a car for rental, with very special discount for our guests! You can get it in the property and leave it there....very comfortable!

You'll love my place because the cabin is beautiful with a very nice view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. It is surrounded by nature, which offers a lot of peace. It is located within a park of 15000 square meters. It has a lot of independence and privacy. It has its own access to the coast of Lake Nahuel Huapi

It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with lake view and TV. It is located 15 minutes by car from downtown and 13 minutes from Cerro Catedral. The complex has a heated pool (its use and availability depends on the consortium and there may be times when it does not work), gym, laundry room and parking.
