In 2023, the entire cottage was renovated, bathrooms, kitchen living room and all other rooms have been redesigned. A PV system was installed in 2024. The cottage is far away from the noise and hustle, in the middle of the Franconian Forest, more precisely in the healing spring protection area directly at the entrance to the idyllic Höllental. This invites nature lovers to hike, bike, and turn on Nordic walking. The routes can start right outside the house door. The vacation home is the right half of the house, without the balcony.

The "Alte Schlosserei" was built in 1850 and renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. The connection between Altem and Modern gives this place its special style. The large, spacious living room is particularly cozy due to the gas fireplace. The two sleeping areas have three rooms with a total of five beds. Two double beds and a single bed.
