Wake at dawn and from the veranda watch the sun rise out of the Pacific. Our place is an elevated lifestyle block, we don't charge a cleaning fee. We have pets 1 cat, sheep, chickens. A cross trainer is available or rent our Bikes @ $5 per hour, $15 a half day or $25 per full day, each.

Bluff Hill Historic Villa B n B

Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 5 minute walk to Marine Parade and 10 minute walk to central Napier. We provide breakfast in the conservatory. Relax on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees.

I am an onsite host with my sidekick MrBills, a wee schnauzer.There's a comfy queen bed in this room, suitable for couples or those that like to share a bed. Also room a portacot. If you need separate rooms for a two guest stay please ask. There is a second room. Breakfast is included daily, plus Tea, coffee as you need it. Kitchen available until 8pm for cooking. BBQ available. Bikes available please make a donation for upkeep if using thanks.

Hawkes Bay "Oaklands B & B" Queen Room

Our accommodation is up stairs, the Queen bed is in a spacious room with own bathroom, a shared guests lounge with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, lounge chairs and TV and views over surrounding garden and orchards. Sorry but this room is only suitable for two people. There is also a separate entrance for guest.
