This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Come visit "America’s Happiest Beach Town” according to Coastal Living magazine. Narragansett is a picture-perfect town on the Rhode Island with one of the state’s best beach. This year round beach home is a fantastic beach escape and able to sleep 6 people. There is plenty to do in the area for families, a girls getaway, or friends vacation! We are a short drive to all the amenities of Newport and the Block Island Ferry is 5 minutes away. University of Rhode Island is 5 miles away.

This is a 1,200 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are pet friendly.
