Positioned half way between Monterey and Santa Cruz, Tangled Oaks is directly inland from Moss Landing at the center of the bay. Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

A Comfortable Residential House in Quiet Community

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.
